Redmond. Pours a hazed glowing gold with a thin white head. Big citrus, a bit of musk. A rich of sweetness, toast citrus.musk, a bit of hops. Grain and a bit of sweetness. Bitterness on the finish, citrus pith.

Bottle... Pours lightly hazed and straw-colored with a mid-sized, fluffy, white head. The aroma comes through with an enjoyable citrus character - lemon and lime, mainly – flanked by bready, soapy and grainy components. There’s a yeast-driven rumor of clove here as well. Medium-bodied with busy carbonation. Crisp, dry, fruity flavor with a nice, yeasty character. Raspy, bone-dry, tongue-numbing finish.

Bottle shared at Muckfest, but I didn’t catch who opened it. Thanks! Pours a cloudy yellow color with a finger of white head. Notes of straw, clementines, some more bitter citrus, grass, florals, and farmhouse funk. Light-bodied, with medium carbonation and a pretty crisp mouthfeel. Nice saison.

Bottle poured a golden color with a two finger off white head that retained well. Aroma has oranges, yeast, grains, and grass. Mouth feel is average for the style and the carbonation is medium high. Flavor thankfully gets more of the clementine going, light bitterness, yeast, grass, and very light funk. I get more of the rind on the clementine than actual fruit and there is no sweetness.

UPDATED: MAR 24, 2014 Bottle via trade with burg, cheers Adam; shared with jay , max and Andy. Pours a bright , beautiful orange body with thin white lacing. Tight bubbles. Aroma is bitter lemon grass and dry citrus fruits. Mouthfeel is dry with notes of yeast, bitter citrus fruits, lemon, grapefruit, pomelo, spice and grinch. Lots of grinch in this one.

Bottle. Lime yellow green pour with white heads. Citrus and grassy hop aromas. Flavor is much less hop forward, similar tones finished with orange citrus.

Damico (3147) - Royersford, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 9, 2014
Pours thick golden with a white creamy head. Aroma and flavor suggest a hoppy beer but it is a Saison. Flavor brings some saison yeast and vague sweet honey
