Leighton (22051) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 29, 2016
Bottle shared during RBWG 2015. Cheers! Pours clear gold with a mild white foam topping. Acetic, warming, with oily citrus fruits, some oaky dryness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Drying finish, subtly funky, with a good wallop of acetic burn, drying wood character. Lots of sharp, salty sweat. A bit heavy handed, but not bad.

jackl (8297) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUL 21, 2015
Bottle shared during RBWG. Thanks to the 7venth Sun Crew! Gold pour with a small white head. Very woody nose. Huge acetic punch. Lemon and acidic fruit skin. Yeasty funk. Buggy wood and white grape flavor. Nice, but very assertive.

drowland (8955) - Georgia, USA - APR 29, 2015
2/20/15. Sampled at the brewery, RBWG 2015. Golden pour with a small off-white head. Funk in the aroma, light oak, vanilla, mild tartness. Nice flavor, a good combination of sour, fruitiness, funk, and vanilla/oak. Not bad.

hopscotch (11181) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - APR 10, 2015
Bottle… RBWG 2015This beer rocks!… Pours mostly clear and golden with a fleeting, fat-bubbled head. The aroma offers a grape SweeTart-like character accompanied by a slim ration of funkiness, a light note of oakiness and a modest measure of citric, lemon-like acidity. Medium-bodied with lazy carbonation. The flavor is sour, woody and mildly funky with a finish that’s a touch coarse and bone-dry. Excellent, world-class beer!

chinchill (5226) - South Carolina, USA - MAR 23, 2015
This is a barrel aged (18 months) sour from a shared, unlabeled bottle (only on draft to public) at the brewery in February 2015 during the RBWG. Hazy orange-amber (apricot) body with a limited bubbly head. Tart! Subtle barrel-aged aspect. A bit challenging but eventually leaves a good fruity and tart aftertaste with mild funk. Good balance for style.

Nose is flowery with some rose petal and lemon accent. Taste is rich with a honey up front and a tart drying finish. Slightly acidic. Nice

You’d think by now they would have noticed .. . Oak, sweet wood, citrus, beams, and subtle vanilla petals .. The sourness is well rounded with the woodiness.. Too easy to drink. .. . Doug Funny was the Bluffington serial flasher.

djd07 (15342) - Houston, Texas, USA - MAR 2, 2015
Bottle at the brewery during RBWG. Pours a cloudy orange with small white head. The aroma is strong oak and funk. Thin mouth, tart fruit, nice oak, lingering sourness, very good..
