Sample at the tap room. Hazy pale orange color with a medium foamy off-white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Sticky rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of piney hops, citrus and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of resiny hops, grapefruit and toasted malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a citric hop aftertaste. Above average overall. This one poured a light orange color with a white head. Aroma was of earthy and medicinal hops. Flavor was similar, but without the normal soapy character I usually get from amarillos. Ferris (17099) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 2, 2014
Draft - Big robust pine notes. Clear gold with a thin white head. Pine and resin with a nice old but balanced bitterness. Very nice and sessionable.

Sampled draught as a 4 oz pour at the brewpub on January 19, 2014.Homer321 (5249) - Melboring, Florida, USA - DEC 27, 2013
Hazy golden color, off-white head. Hoppy, some garlic, a bit unbalanced scent. Bitter, light hoppy taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium to medium high bitterness.
Draft. Grainy. Kinda citrusy hop notes. I think this would be much better with more cowbell.
