Draft... Clear yellow ale with a small, creamy, white head. Great retention. The aroma is an enjoyable fusion of peppercorns, extra-pale grains and minerals. Light-bodied with lively carbonation. The flavor is a terrific balance of peppercorns, earthiness, cracker malt and a whisper of acidity. Finishes quite crisp, clean and very refreshing. Nice job on what might be the best Belgian table beer I’ve ever tried. This beer would do a good job of accompanying almost any meal. The peppercorn component is perfectly orchestrated for this easy-drinking, laid-back beer.
Pours Light yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is very herbal and peppery. Taste follows, slightly bitter but nothing crazy. This is a nice light and easy to drink beer, with a lot of complexity. Not bad at all

On draft at 7venth Sun. Pours a mildly hazy yellow with a white head. Nose si light malt, some pepper, some drying yeast, and light white wine. Flavor is light malt, pepper, and a dry finish. Interesting, sessionable Belgian. burg326 (5630) - Florida, USA - SEP 3, 2012
Bought a growler of this yesterday, poured a clear light golden yellow color, not much aroma, light spicey yeast, and clean malt. Flavors are clean grain, some light pepper, light citrus and some spicey yeast. Light on the palate extremly drinkable, light on the palate, great beer to sit by the pool with.
