Aurelius (5570) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - OCT 17, 2017
Hazy, light orange-gold with a carpeting white head. Great nose, fruity, sweetish, some citrus, implied cumin, floral-soapy. A little doughy, tangy, nice bittering, citrus zest and pith, kumquat. Medium body, felty mouthfeel, good carbonation retention. Unusual, tasty, complex. On tap, Proof Production Facility.

glennmastrange (2922) - hobe sound, Florida, USA - FEB 10, 2017
UPDATED: FEB 10, 2017 Tap. Light to moderate roasted grain and bread for the malt, heavy pine resin for the hops, light to moderate soap for the yeast, with notes of dried apricot and sulfur in the background. Head is small, frothy/creamy, white, with good lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is murky medium dark amber. Flavor starts lightly sweet and moderately acidic, then finishes lightly sweet, acidic and moderately bitter. Palate is medium, oily, with a lively carbonation and a lightly astringent finish. Excellent smelling IPA, just a touch off in flavor.

4oz draft @ 7venth Sun.

Draft. Golden pour with white head. Grassy, and citrus hop aromas. Flavors are simple but done right, herbal and citrus but well done.
