The beer pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. Nice lime note on this with a touch of sweet wheat bread. Citric and lactic tartness and a nice note of lemon zest. The flavor is mild to moderately tart, though there is a mild wheat flavor and sweetness. Enjoyable lime and lemon flavors which also add a bit to the tartness.

Draft Berliner Bash on the Bay 2012 Mostly clear, off-white ale with a mid-sized, creamy, white head. Fantastic retention. The aroma is bursting-at-the-seams with key lime and a less substantial undercurrent of extra-pale grains. Light-bodied with a skim-milk mouthfeel and lazy carbonation. Tons of key lime flavor, but almost none of the accompanying acidity. Barely even tangy, this one. Tasty, but a little too sweet for the style. Short, crisp, mildly sweet, key lime finish. Refreshing but lacks sufficient acidity. If this had been served to me in a different setting; up against styles of beer other than Florida Weisses, my rating may have been higher, but then maybe not, because a 3.5 is nothing to sneeze at. Well constructed, but fairly boring as far as Florida Weisses go.

Draft with Linh at Pegs during the Berliner Bash 2012. Pours a hazy yellow body with white lacing. Aroma is lime and citrus. Mouthfeel is light and refreshing, somewhat tame - with notes of wheat, citrus and light key lime.

Tap at Pegs for Berliner Bash. Pours a low haze white with small foam. Nose is rich vanilla dessert with small lime. Taste is vanilla, soapy, a little bland, some mint. Palate has no acid, more watery, soapy. Disappointed.

On draft at Berliner Bash, poured a light straw yellow color, aromas of citrus, some funk and some limes. Flavors are the same, was hoping more of the lime flavor would come through, but still a very refreshing beer on a hot day.

Had on tap at the grand opening. Very hazy pale yellow with a decent head that sticks around. Aroma of lime upfront, citrus and wheat. Taste is amazing! Tart lime, sour notes and a hearty wheat finish. This is a very tasty, easy to drink, refreshing beer. Great work Justin!!!
