The beer pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. Nice lime note on this with a touch of sweet wheat bread. Citric and lactic tartness and a nice note of lemon zest. The flavor is mild to moderately tart, though there is a mild wheat flavor and sweetness. Enjoyable lime and lemon flavors which also add a bit to the tartness. bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - SEP 11, 2012

Sampled at the Cajun Cafe Fall Fest. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is very creamy with a light tart lime note with underlying cookie, graham cracker and a hint of musty wheat. Flavor starts a touch thin up front with light tart lime with growing cookie and graham cracker and the lime comes out a bit more in the finish. hopscotch (11113) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - JUN 12, 2012
Draft… Berliner Bash on the Bay 2012… Mostly clear, off-white ale with a mid-sized, creamy, white head. Fantastic retention. The aroma is bursting-at-the-seams with key lime and a less substantial undercurrent of extra-pale grains. Light-bodied with a skim-milk mouthfeel and lazy carbonation. Tons of key lime flavor, but almost none of the accompanying acidity. Barely even tangy, this one. Tasty, but a little too sweet for the style. Short, crisp, mildly sweet, key lime finish. Refreshing but lacks sufficient acidity. If this had been served to me in a different setting; up against styles of beer other than Florida Weisses, my rating may have been higher, but then maybe not, because a 3.5 is nothing to sneeze at. Well constructed, but fairly boring as far as Florida Weisses go. daknole (11049) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - AUG 7, 2012
Cloudy yellow pour, white head. Aroma of key lime pie and a bit of beer. You can smell and taste crust in this damn beer! Key lime pie, nice and tart, creamy...really good! GT (10000) - San Diego, California, USA - MAY 21, 2012
Tap at Peg’s for Berliner Bash. Pours a low haze white with small foam. Nose is rich vanilla dessert with small lime. Taste is vanilla, soapy, a little bland, some mint. Palate has no acid, more watery, soapy. Disappointed.
