Draft. - Flowery, funky, light citrus and yeast. Cloudy yellow with a thin white head. Boozy, light malts, and esters. Like a Belgian strong, with a big body. smith4498 (3646) - Winter Springs, Florida, USA - MAY 11, 2013
Draft @ the brewery. Pours hazy straw color with white head. Aromas of spices, wheat and some sourness. Slightly tart wheat flavor with spices and slight doughiness. Light to medium body with lively carbonation. thedm (6176) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - FEB 21, 2013
This bottled brew from a rating party poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a slightly hazy yellow orange colored body and a fair lacing. The aroma was funky farm house and sour. The mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and strongly tingly at the finish with a mellow sweet aftertaste. The funky flavor contained notes of sour vinous funk floral and fruity. A decent one that I would consider drinking again. Lubiere (13898) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 9, 2013
A hazed blonde saison with a thin creamy white head. In aroma, nice spiced malt with coriander, wood extract and tarragon. In mouth, a nice smooth spiced ale, with coriander, orange peels, talcum powder, nice. On tap at brewpub, Dec. 8 2012. Chipalsa (1310) - Florida, USA - JAN 7, 2013
A sour saison? It was actually pretty damn good. A little on the light end for flavor (tart, grassy, grainy) but the aroma was very nice - a nice floral bouquet of hops. Very drinkable for a stronger brew.

Bottle shared by ygtbsm94. Thanks Brad.
The beer is fairly hazy, appearing dark yellow colored. The white head is thin and wispy, leaving sparse lacing. The aroma offers wheat, grass, spices, particularly coriander. The flavor imparts a honey sweetness with prominent spices. The finish brings a healthy bitterness, with lingering floral hops. Alcohol content is disguised well by the bold flavors. Pretty good.

Cloudy golden pour with a white head. Nose is rather peppery up front and somewhat herbal. A bit of citrus peel and fruit, mild grass, a subtle tartness, and a little bit of earth. The flavor has a bit of bread and malt sweetness, some citrus, and a lot of pepper, flowers, and herbs. Some light tartness, yeast, earth, and a hint of grass.
