Growler… WPB Town Hall Meeting 2012… This beer rocks!… Mostly clear amber ale with a mid-sized, creamy, off-white head. Great retention. The bouquet is a wonderful tropical fruit medley flanked by notes of peach, vanilla and a rumor of pine. Medium to full-bodied with soft carbonation. Each sip is headlined by fruity, flavorful, modestly bitter lupulin. Lingering, moderately bitter finish. Finally, a standout 7venth Sun beer that has me thinking these guys have a fighting chance! Kudos to jyoungsbcp for hauling this growler back from his cross-state venture to Dunedin, Florida! blipp (9168) - La Mesa, California, USA - MAY 24, 2012

Tap at 7venth Sun. Pours a clear gold to orange with 360, complete, mega isohumulone lace. Nose is rich citrus hops, quenching biscuit and butterscotch. Taste is butterscotch, nutty, toffee, rye bread, raw maltiness, aggressive hop bitterness. Slightly astringent. Usually not my style but this was very good.

Growler courtesy of Markwise from the growler swap that I took to a tasting at James’ place. Pours a clear amber with a medium to white head. Big and hoppy on the nose, soft and dusty. Malty and warm, bready and full of earthy hops. Long bitter finish. Very drinkable. markwise (5441) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - APR 9, 2012
On draft at 7venth Sun. Pours a golden orange color with a white head. Nose is a dose of caramel with aggressive citrus and pine hops. Flavor is similar- seems more aggressively hopped than the previous version of Overhead. Flavor is as aggressively hopped as possible while still allowing the malt to come through. Finish lingers with hops in the medium-bodied treat.
