500 ml bottle 21/5/2012. Pours clear amber brown with good tan head. Aroma of alcohol, tangerine fruitiness, peach, toffee, wood, bitumen (sorry does kinda smell like newly resurfaced road with deep inhalation guessing it’s the complexity). Bitterness, tart like baobab, smooth, sweet tangerine, bitter hops not overwhelming, smooth toffee. Smooth long lasting flavour, medium to full bodied. Creamy aftertaste. Well balanced mixture. Well done, like it.

Pours a nice dark red with medium head that dissipates quite quickly. Aroma is quite sweet and fruity with hints of caramel. Taste is somewhat bitter and hints of sweetness but the alcohol is quite overwhelming. More of the caramel comes through in the body along with coffee malts. The finish is dry and hoppy nicely rounding it out.

500 ml bottle, poured in a wineglass. Dark red/brown-ish color, offwhite head that leaves some lacing. Have only tried #100 of the three beers, and I definately get some hints of that one in this beer. First off I taste caramel, fruit/raisins, sweet aftertaste with a hint of alcohol.

Bottle from local Vinmonopol.

Pours a deep cherry red / dark amber beer, with a nice off-white head.

Smells very awesome! Hops, fruits, strawberry jam, a tiny note of citrusy hops.

The flavor is more on the malty side, with definite notes of bread, caramel and hints of coffee in the finish/aftertaste. Also, the fruity notes from the aroma and a solid hop character. I’m also getting a black currant type of flavor in there.

Tastewise there’s a nice amount of bitterness on the "edges" and in the aftertaste, with a nice malty sweetness in the "center". A tiny bit too bitter for my personal taste. The mouthfeel is nice and full, and the carbonation is low, pleasant and soft.

Farven er mørk mahogni, med et lavt hvitt skum. Aroma av vanilje, toffee og noe citrus. Smaken er vinøs, men med markert bitterhet. Toner av karamell, honning og furu. En meget god øl.

Would I like another one? Sure! Medium head that is lasting forever. Fruity, malty aroma that brings your imagination of having the first beer outside at the springtime. You can understand that it’s kind of heavy beer from the first taste impressions - they are a little bit sweer as usual with strong beers, but within a second it’s gone and replaced with the really nice bitterness that lasts and lasts.
