bottle, from Triangle Wine. Ok aroma, sweet. mild pine, some citrus, little honey. little wet carboard. hazed brownish orange color, small head, little to no lace. bitter sweet flavor. Medium body, creamy oily mouthfeel, bitter finish. think this one is past its prime, Im getting the start of oxidization. Im always leary of imported ipas and this didnt do anything to change my mind. I dont get any of the big citrus some comment on.

Another reason why Im disappointed with fresh hop brews this year. My notes say "sweet & bland". Hard to get a hit on the aroma and the taste is sweet and unhappy. Damaging to the HopWired brand.

Dark golden colour with lacy head. Aroma and flavour have some orange and carrot sweetness. A bit bready and malty. Slight sticky sweetness to the texture. Light hop bitterness in the finish.

Keg at the Bottle Shop, Bermondsey. Nelson Sauvin version. It pours a clean golden color with a medium white head. Aroma is sweet biscuity and fruity with notes of honey melon and caramel. Taste is also sweet and fruity with more caramel, honey melon and light citrus peel. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, ok

Rating #1208 - Bottle opened with Stephen at Sherbrooke. Genuinely excited as I love Hopwired. A slightly hazy amber beer with a huge white head. Aroma is even more fruit-salady than the original passion fruit, mango, sauvignon blanc, abound. The flavor is sweet pastry shop malt, tempered with the sweetness of tangerine, passionfruit, limey notes, and a bitter sticky hoppy note that lingers through the finish. Outstanding.
