Craft Clerkenwell. Keg. Opaque dark brown beer, tidy pale tan head. Smooth dark malts, trace of cream. Big fruity hops, Mosaic like. Some hop skunk, tropical fruits and ripe orange. Mild hop spice. Trace of roast malt develops underneath. Little blackcurrant. Finishes smooth with more hop spice. This is a Black IPA any day of the week and a very nice one.
Draft. Pours black. Aroma and taste are coffee, chocolate, and roasted malts. high_on_hops (809) - Burlingame, California, USA - NOV 23, 2014
On tap. Pours a solid black with a foamy brown head and lacing. It has a rich aroma of hoppy pine, coffee, dark malt, and some dark chocolate. The flavor is rich coffee and malt with some hops in the middle and a long, dark chocolate and hop finish.

On tap at the Beer Station in Xiamen, China (I must be following GuideDogSaint). Pour is black with a big beige head and lots of thick lacing on the glass. Aroma is coffee and chocolate. Taste is coffee and chocolate roasted malts, with a big helping of hoppy bitterness in the taste and finish. Dry. Medium mouthfeel.

Tap at Mikkeller, Bangkok. Poured a dark mahogany with a frothy tan head. The aroma is yeast, creamy spice roasted malt. The flavour is strong bitter with a crisp refreshing roasty grass hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied witn soft carbonation. More like a black IPA than a stout imo. mkel07 (6239) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - MAY 25, 2014
On tap at Archive. Rating from 2013. Great stout from across the ditch with everything that a great stout should have, Burnt malt, bitterness and deep black colour. kiwianer (3428) - Otorohanga, NEW ZEALAND - OCT 3, 2013
The head is good, the body black. It smells darkmalty, great-hoppy, aromatic. The taste is darkmalty, delicious, aromatic, roasty, balaned, bit hoppy, more bitter. Great. 13/12/13/13/-/13 pmuzz (400) - AUSTRALIA - AUG 8, 2013
Probably the most standard and boring of the 8 wired beers I have tried. It neither pushes the boundaries of the style or blows me away. It needed to pack a bit more punch.
