Pours clear golden with low white head. Aroma of funj, nelson sauvin, citrus, honey. Taste is sweet, funky, rich honey finish. Light and creamy body with soft carbonation. King_Alex_II (1228) - SWITZERLAND - JUL 3, 2016
Yellow orange color with foam ring. Very shy yeasty nose. Spicy, peppery taste with a foamy carbonation. With a nice decent bitter hops in the follow up and a dryish light yeasty aftertaste. Ritzn (1314) - GERMANY - JUN 29, 2016
Hazy yellow (a hint of green) with almost no head. Aroma is intense, fresh light fruits, toast, bubble gum. Taste is more of the same mostly sour. Average finish of more of the same stuff, sour. Much carbonation. Not bad.

UPDATED: JUN 30, 2016 (bottle) hazy golden colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of herbal hops and yeast, heavily sweaty, with a touch of cherry stones and bubble gum. flavour is mostly nettles and yeast, rather metallic and astringent, with a meaty, semi-bitter finish. medium- to heavy-bodied with lively carbonation. Bottle from Bottlecraft, Hanley. Pours a slightly hazy pale golden colour with a thick, foamy head. Aroma of lemon, grape, slight peach, some pepper, a little yeast and subtle marshmallow. Taste of lemon, peach, grape, some pepper, slight yeast, a hint of wood and subtle grassy hops. Medium bodied and moderate carbonation. A dry, peppery, citrus hop bitterness in the finish. A lovely, traditional saison styled beer with a lot of peppery, yeasty quality. Nice citrus coming from the Nelson hops and a dry, refreshing finish. An all round great beer.

Poured chilled, it’s got a huge massive foamy head with staying power and heavily carbernated golden body, some fog, perfect in every sense in my humble opinion. Nice aroma of lemon rinds, hops, sour cocktails. Flavour is simplistic lemon and malt, good grain flavours. Nice meatiness on the mouth. A great drink to down by the gallon. Bottle. Tall Boys, Leeds. Gold, with a soft haze. Glass filling, pillowy white head. Bready, yeasty malts. Grain husk. Lemon pith. Some white peach, grapey hop. Well balanced, fruity hoppage. Taste is fruity, peachy sweet. Big, tangy hop. Lots of lemon rind. Good body. Long, tangy bitter finish. Comes together really well. 8 Wired good. Nice grassy nose with lots of different fruit shades (started tightly, with gooseberry/ starfruit, then later just pick a fruit, literally: grapefruit, kiwi, lemon zest, passionfruit and apricot – you could credibly claim loads are present, but none overpoweringly so). Yet this still has a recognisably saison yeast beneath it – some feat. Drying nicely, with more bay leaf/vegetal notes (not unlike a NZ pinot noir – though I know the hop means comparisons are made more often to NZ sauv blanc), but could be drier still given the saison context mehbee? That is nitpicking tho. Really nice beer bridging new world/old world. Lot fruitier than Tuatara’s Sauvinova (sampled alongside this one). willisread (3308) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - APR 16, 2016
Bottle from Tanakaya. Clearish gold with a finger of white foam that lingers for a bit. Great Belgian yeast nose with fruity esters and spice up front. As it warms the tropical hop show begins with passion fruit, mango and pineapple notes coming on strong with a hint of weed on the palate. Hides the booze well for the style. Nice peppery, juicy finish. Excellent. MBlessing (1296) - Württemberg, GERMANY - APR 1, 2016
