colui72 (1026) - HONG KONG - NOV 10, 2015
Murky orange without head, intense hoppy aroma, plus grapefruit, apricot and barley malts. Taste is pretty much what I expected from the aroma, not too sweet but fruity, lots of hops, a bit boozy. Light body, very nice ale.

My favorite beer. Every sip is heavenly. The 8% feels just right. Full of hops and very dry. Incredible.

Keg at IMBC. Aroma of strong toffee and caramel, Resin, fruits. Strong pine, caramel. Tasty stuff.

GenkiGonzo (1092) - Kyoto, JAPAN - OCT 13, 2015
Bottle from CBB. Clear gold with a thin soapy head. Pine and resin hop aroma with some decent malts. Same with the flavour. Very smooth, hides the booze well.

Lekende lett og lekker over ganen. Kombinasjonen av NZ og amerikanske humler er formidabel.

Bottle from Mikkeller Bangkok. Hazy golden, frothy head. Fruity hop nose, good bitterness throughout. Classy.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 28.09.15 Clear golden. Small head. Fantastic aroma of Aerican hops, citrus and tropical fruits, Similar taste, with full mouthfeel Perhaps a bit woody,

Bottle from Stone in Asagaya. Pours a clear gold with a medium-sized white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Lots of grapefruit and citrus on the nose with some grass and mango along with some caramel and honey. Fairly sweet followed by bitterness. Bitter finish that has some wood and grass, but lots of fruit. Only flaw is the booziness but the flavors are there.

Braudog (6716) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - SEP 20, 2015
Bottle. This erupted a little bit from under the cap. Combined with a little bit of a wild, woody bite that doesn’t seem to fit, I wonder if I got a bad bottle. The ample head is also a bit watery and quick to die. Underneath these little imperfections lurks more of what I expected -- earthen, biting and carried atop a solid oaky base. (#6036, 9/20/2015)

Very slight aroma but distinctly fruity. Golden and cloudy with a nice thick head. Flavour is tropical fruit with just enough fruit sweetness to balance the bitterness. The bitterness really comes through on the finish; it is like you just ate a piece of grapefruit.
