COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Like an Irishman on holiday in the Canaries, this beer has a red tint but with a chilled out mellow feel. A traditional Irish style with a twist. It has subtle caramel notes balanced with a pleasant fragrant aroma from New Zealand and Australian hops. Goes really well with roast beef, lamb or a traditional Irish stew, but beware: keep out of direct sunlight.

bottle at home. Has a great malt flavour with an orangery background which Im guessing comes from the hops used. One very beutifull beer and I really want more of this.

Frothy beige head stayed on an opaque, reddish brown body.Looks good. Malt, dark berries demerara & sweet caramel aroma. Medium bodied. Feels big & airy on the palate with thinner, sharp, tingly back. Tastes much as the aroma with dark berries, demerara, pine & a bit hoppy on the finish.

Aromat przyjemny, chmielowy, jakby z jakimś syropem. Barwa bursztynowa, piana średnio obfita, zbita. W smaku karmel, słody i nuta owocowa. Goryczka niska ale odczuwalna.

Good ale. Both malty and hoppy. A dark caramel in the glass with a head tinged with red. First of the style and I want more.

Draft at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Hazy amber color, dense creamy head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of peppery caramel. Taste is bittersweet malty and peppery. One of the better in this style that I’ve had.

Light ruby with thin head. Aroma intensity 3.25/5. Hoppy spruce aroma with notes of citrus and hay. Medium-heavy bitter. Medium body

Wasn’t too impressed by this beer. A bit watery and it really lacked flavor.
