can’t knock the hustle; making a coconut beer with such a light malt bill is a pretty ballsy thing to do. i see it. i respect it.
easy to drink; most intense coconut flavor of any beer, probably ever; pairs really well with lime and Shaggy’s greatest hits. i don’t like cream ales at all but this is relatively interesting and fun.

i applaud the effort, the coconut was mild and the beer as well but an odd creamed corn came out in the end as it warmed .. . gold, medium foam .. . light graininess .. . mild all around .. . . i like those orange uniforms. very classy. dyetube (1378) - Hurst, Texas, USA - DEC 20, 2014
Tap at the brewery. Pours a dirty blonde with a thin white head. This is a typical blonde ale with a toasted coconut flavor on the end. Not that great. keith0718 (434) - Kansas, USA - DEC 9, 2014
This beer doesn’t work. It’s drinkable, but it’s just weird. Probably a great concept, but in reality it doesn’t really work. AmEricanbrew (6878) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - OCT 21, 2014
Tap@ 903. Clear amber color with ivory head. Sweet grainy pale malt, coconut, fruity lemon pie aromas. Medium body with average co2. Lightly sweet, grainy pale malt grist flavors with some fruity earthy coconut, vanilla----smooth finish____not bad.

Pours a golden color with white head. Coconut and bread on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes buttery. jhamp9 (1862) - Corinth, Texas, USA - JUN 7, 2014
Hazy amber pour with a thin head. Aroma is coconut, nuts, and biscuit. Taste is lighter on the coconut than the aroma but it is definitely there. Also has some toffee and grain. Medium body. Foxie34 (3) - - MAY 27, 2014 does not count
This beer keep getting better and better. The smell of the toasted coconut is upfront but drinking it you don’t get it till on the back end. Really enjoy drinking this beer on a nice sunny day. travita (5006) - Dallas, Texas, USA - APR 24, 2014
Tap. Thin white head, clear, golden head. The smell is corny, floral, garbage. Fruit, chex, and ick. The taste is very cereal, fruit, bread, and malt.
