can’t knock the hustle; making a coconut beer with such a light malt bill is a pretty ballsy thing to do. i see it. i respect it.
easy to drink; most intense coconut flavor of any beer, probably ever; pairs really well with lime and Shaggy’s greatest hits. i don’t like cream ales at all but this is relatively interesting and fun.

i applaud the effort, the coconut was mild and the beer as well but an odd creamed corn came out in the end as it warmed .. . gold, medium foam .. . light graininess .. . mild all around .. . . i like those orange uniforms. very classy.

Tap at the brewery. Pours a dirty blonde with a thin white head. This is a typical blonde ale with a toasted coconut flavor on the end. Not that great. keith0718 (434) - Kansas, USA - DEC 9, 2014
This beer doesn’t work. It’s drinkable, but it’s just weird. Probably a great concept, but in reality it doesn’t really work. AmEricanbrew (7080) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - OCT 21, 2014
