From a can. So much chocolate crammed into this beast, hints of vanilla, the big ABV leaves a mild warmth. jgb9348 (6256) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - SEP 9, 2016
Super rich dark brown coloured body with a oily sheen on top and a very small tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, alcohol, nuts, lactose, cream, coffee, oak and quite a bit of vanilla - no real alcohol coming off the smell though. Medium-bodied; Relatively thinnish feel right afterwards with a lot of roasted malt and coffee flavours, some light oak, caramelised sugars and vanilla with a hint of earth and mushrooms, but fairly mild near the end. Aftertaste hits the roasty notes with coffee and earth, all with a pleasant sweetness, but no real body nor depth or complexity make this one-dimensional. Overall, a decent imperial stout at best and lacking in complexity and body with some decent flavours, just nothing different/drastic or complex throughout the entire beer. Still, it’s always nice to have an imperial stout in a can, especially one from half the country away. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Spec’s in Dallas, Texas on 11-November-2015 for US$3,46 sampled at home in Washington on 08-September-2016. Comes malty dark brown out of the can with no fuss, little carbonation, and looks a bit oily. Settles to black in the glass. Minimal carbonation and foam. Aroma is cocoa, lactose and dark roasted malt. Flavor is lactose and chocolate. Finish is a little powdery. vipinvelp (4429) - Velp, NETHERLANDS - JUN 8, 2016
Dark ruby red, brown lacing foam head. Chocolate notes in aroma together with bitter hops. Bitterness in taste, combined with chocolate tones. Quite nice. (Velp 201606)

Aroma of chocolate and coffee. Pour a solid black with shot-lived khaki hard and spotty lacing The taste is coffee grounds, bitter dark chocolate and ash tray. Medium body and medium carbonation. Overall, a wonderful robust stout. gregwilsonstl (2504) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - MAY 26, 2016
Can. Cocoa nibs. Coffee. Not a fan of this. Chocolate. Shared on wilsons cousins trip. wrlangin (224) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - FEB 27, 2016
12 oz can from Specs, drank at home. Pours pitch black with small tan head. Chocolate notes definitely present in both aroma and taste. Not as heavy or "soft" as expected due to rising being a milk stout. Still very enjoyable.

Roasted malts, chocolate and coffee grounds with a touch of soy sauce . Rich, thick body with an average amount of carbonation, flavor is all about the coffee grounds and bitter chocolate. Overall it’s a nice brew. degbert (1773) - Austin, Texas, USA - JAN 7, 2016
Can. Pours...hell, that’s not beer, that’s ink with a latte head, and it’s sexy-beautiful. The nose is what an angel would smell like if she was made of chocolate and beer. I can’t even write a normal review on this. I just want to put on a Barry White record, turn the lights down low, and just read poetry to it. Something from the English Romantics, maybe. Browning, or Shelley. Not Byron. Dude had no class. This beer needs class. Damn.
