Outstanding. Lucky enough to run into the brewer Mazen Hajjar at the Archive Beer boutique in Brisbane & sampled several of his beers. My companion's first words were "it smells like food" - and indeed it does - think thyme, sage, mint - or the aroma of an oregano-laden margarita pizza. This gives way to a deliciously balanced dry ale, amber in colour and complex in flavour with an agreeable dry finish.
Clear golden colour, medium sized dense off-white head; aroma and taste of grains, basil, oregano, chamomile, maybe slight ansie and salty notes; Just like a liquid pizza with a lot of oregano and basil and without tomato...weird experience! Geiserich (4573) - Linz, AUSTRIA - SEP 4, 2017
Bottle: Copper to pale amber color. Aroma is intensive herbal with notes of sage, earl grey tea, rosemary, light sweetness, candy. Flavor is light malty, light sweet, quite herbal with again sage, rosemary and earl grey tea. Bit thin bodied, interesting herbal brew. Erzengel (9334) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - AUG 22, 2017
Bottle from Schneiders Getränke, Köln. The beers starts very dry, herbal hints, nice floral bitter hops. The body is grainy, fresh, the herbs are not as intense as I hoped, the main focus here is the grainy dry bitterness. Interesting. tyrus (2) - UNITED ARAB EMIRATES - AUG 22, 2017 does not count

330ml bottle, purchased from SAS. Clear bright copper body with a low white head. Aromas of ginger, cinnamon, coriander and some sweet fruits. Flavor is a bit similar, but with a more distinct bitterness and more herbal/tea flavor punching through.
Perhaps this would complement the Libanese cuisine perfectly, but on it’s own the herbs and spices just takes over everything imo. ANZUShophunter (507) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - DEC 3, 2016
Bottle from Fifth Element, Southbank. A grassy aroma with anise and other spices coming through. This beer has a lot going on and the pale ale style is just a blank canvas for the experience. altonbrownd (5897) - Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA - SEP 27, 2016
Bottle in Lebanese restaurant in NYC. Golden body with slight head. Nose spicy and floral. Taste malty with spices and caramel notes. Pretty good. thedm (6306) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - SEP 5, 2016
This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a head of foamy finely sized off-white colored bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a semi-transparent light orange brown colored body and an excellent lacing. The mild aroma was musty. The crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a mild hoppy aftertaste. The nice flavor contained notes of mild rye mild spice breads and hops. A decent one that I would consider drinking again. adamnase (843) - Kronoby, FINLAND - JUL 14, 2016
Bottle @Tabbouli, Stockholm. Wow! here is much going on! lots of spices, ta´kes me to Another country right away. Aroma: floral hops, hay, herbs, black tea?. Appearance: clear dark golf/amber, medium frothy white head. Taste: light bitter. Palate: intense floral hops, bitters continue, not getting too strong, some spices and herbs. Interesting and far better than expected.
