The use of bottom fermenting yeast at lower temperatures makes for pronounced bitterness & a mild floral aroma that comes from the use of North American Cascade Hops.

330ml brown bottle. Golden colour, very faint haze. Rocky white head. A bit of spotty lace left behind. Aroma is leafy, trace citrus. A bit of a fruity start, citrus/lemon hop notes in the middle. Finishes with a little lingering citrus and some nice leafy bitterness. Light body, medium carbonation. Drinkable.

Koelschtrinker (20594) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - JUL 27, 2017
Laffer, trocken hellmalzig-herber Beginn. Zum Mittelteil keine Änderung, keine Würzigkeit, fast keine Aromatik. War da was..? 8/5/6/5/9/5

altonbrownd (5897) - Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA - SEP 27, 2016
Bottle at Lebanese Restaurant in Manhattan. Golden body with slight head. Nose is malty, floral and citrus. Taste is malty, toasty, citrus. Pretty good.

thedm (6223) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - AUG 12, 2016
This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a head of foamy fine to medium sized white colored bubbles that were quickly diminishing and left behind a transparent weak yellow orange colored body and a poor lacing. The weak aroma was maple syrup and grassy. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a lingering aftertaste. The ok flavor contained notes of mildly grassy semi-sweet mildly acidic honey and hops. An OK brew just nothing special.

invinoveritas (156) - Greater Manchester, ENGLAND - JUN 9, 2016
33cl bottle at restaurant. Pours golden yellow without much head. Faint malty aroma. Quite sweet to taste, with a rich light body. Moderately fruity and malty. Bit too sweet and lacking bitterness.

superspak (5688) - Michigan, USA - MAY 14, 2016
330 ml bottle into lager glass, no bottle dating. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 1 finger fairly dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of lemon, cracker, biscuit, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of pale malt and earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, cracker, biscuit, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate herbal/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of cracker, biscuit, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice robustness and balance of pale malt and earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from bitterness as well. Very clean on lager flavors with zero yeast notes present. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, crisp, fairly grainy, and lightly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is a good Munich helles lager. All around good robustness and balance of pale malt and earthy hop flavors; and very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Iphonephan (7025) - Jackson Hole/McLean, Virginia, USA - APR 24, 2016
From a 33 cl bottle at the Lebanese Taverna. Pours a crystal clear gold with a quickly receding white head. Bready nose. Flavors of banana and toast. Light slightly sweet finish.

hirigalzkar (3203) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - MAR 19, 2016
Bottle. Way too sour and sweet lager with a high fruitiness. Infected ir just bad?

eduardovl (1454) - SWITZERLAND - MAR 16, 2016
330ml bottle server in an ordinary glass. Pours a clear pale color forming a small white head with low persistence that leaves some few spotty lacings in the glass. Nose is artificial. Pale grains. Strong notes of adjunct malts. Corn and rice. Cardboard. Taste follows the nose. Slightly sweet upfront. Pale malts, corn, rice, cardboard. Grassy hops profile. Low bitterness. Cardboard notes. Light body. Medium to low carbonation. Grassy hops and sweet pale malts in the aftertaste. Low drinkability. To be avoided.

Bavarian_Beer (49) - Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Bavaria, GERMANY - FEB 27, 2016
On tap in Lebanon. Pours a light golden yellow color with a very thin head and white foam which fades in 15 seconds, minimal lacing and notable carbonation, Aroma of malt, citrus first and for most, grain, corn and light grass. Very low sweet taste of malt, grains, bread, lots of citrus and very slight grass. Mid to light body, thin but crisp palate.
