COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The use of bottom fermenting yeast at lower temperatures makes for pronounced bitterness & a mild floral aroma that comes from the use of North American Cascade Hops.

33 cl bottle, shared with Roger and Asgeir U. (Asgeir bought the bottle at the brewpub in Beirut). Amber color, ok white head. Aroma is most of all cascade hops. Flavor is citric hops, sweet malty and has a dry finish. Fine lager!

UPDATED: JAN 6, 2018 "The beer is golden in colour with a tiny amount of foam on the top. Taste is rather flat with hints of wheat and malt." - beersoftheworldproject.wordpress.com

Craftakt (236) - Hannover, Lower Saxony, GERMANY - JAN 4, 2018
Sehr angenehm trinkbares Lager.

23-11-2017; botle; at home (bought at Saveur Bière, as part of their November discovery box). The looks of the beer are like you can expect from a lager. Rather simple, but not bad. The colour of the beer is a nice golden yellow. It is a tiny bit pale. The beer itself is crystal clear. It has a nice golden glow. On top of the beer a rather small amount of crispy frothy white foam is formed. Foam retention is low. A minimal thin drape (almost nothing) is left after some seconds. The smell is simple. Mild and simple, but it is not bad. It is a simple lager, easy accessible. I smell some nice malts, giving a bready touch and a slight caramel touch, very subtle. Hops give a tiny bitter and fruity touch, but it is to mild to say more about it. All in all, mild a bit watery but not bad. The taste is the same. Mild, watery, but not bad. Some sweet malts, a nice nutty touch and some floral hop notes. It is simple, but quite nice. Well balanced and subtle. It is perfect for a afternoon beer on a working day. Nice. The palate of the beer is also a bit simple and mild. Light body, thin and high carbonation. The finish of the beer is short and has some nutty touches and a hoppy edge. Not bad.

Erzengel (9745) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - AUG 22, 2017
Bottle from Schneiders Getränke, Köln. Grainy smooth beginning. Round and dry with some watery sweetness. Very easy to drink, soft and smooth, very nice refreshing with a crisp aftertaste with not too much hops.

33cl bottle. A clear pale golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of mild grainy malt, pale malt. Taste of grainy malt, metallic hops, corn, metallic bitter finish.

Koelschtrinker (22067) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - JUL 27, 2017
Laffer, trocken hellmalzig-herber Beginn. Zum Mittelteil keine Änderung, keine Würzigkeit, fast keine Aromatik. War da was..? 8/5/6/5/9/5

altonbrownd (5897) - Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA - SEP 27, 2016
Bottle at Lebanese Restaurant in Manhattan. Golden body with slight head. Nose is malty, floral and citrus. Taste is malty, toasty, citrus. Pretty good.

thedm (6320) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - AUG 12, 2016
This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a head of foamy fine to medium sized white colored bubbles that were quickly diminishing and left behind a transparent weak yellow orange colored body and a poor lacing. The weak aroma was maple syrup and grassy. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a lingering aftertaste. The ok flavor contained notes of mildly grassy semi-sweet mildly acidic honey and hops. An OK brew just nothing special.

invinoveritas (156) - Greater Manchester, ENGLAND - JUN 9, 2016
33cl bottle at restaurant. Pours golden yellow without much head. Faint malty aroma. Quite sweet to taste, with a rich light body. Moderately fruity and malty. Bit too sweet and lacking bitterness.
