Bottle: Poured a lightly hazy golden color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fruity ester with some Brett notes and light oak notes are also noticeable. Taste is a nice mix of fruity ester with some deep Brett notes with funky barnyard notes with some light residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Really interesting to see how much impactful is the yeast strain.
On tap at the brewpub. Clear bright golden-orange with a small white head leaving little lacing. Aroma is of leathery brettanomyces and is also quite fruity (peaches) with honeyed cereals and oaky notes. Taste is a bit sweet and boozy with honeyed cereals, fruits, leathery brettanomyces, some oak spiciness and mild vegetal notes. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Fruity and herbal/vegetal finish. Good brett Tripel with nice aromatic features but a taste that is a bit too heavy for my liking. MartinT (10037) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - MAR 20, 2016
My Bottom Line:ametras (1706) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 5, 2015
Rich honey-coated apples garnish biscuits, as green wilderness and bitterness conclude this bubbly Wild Tripel.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A tower of foam slowly sinks into the misty golden shine.
-This is surprisingly sweet for a Tripel AND for a Wild Ale.
-Fruitiness is also reminiscent of pineapples.
-Alcohol is not much of a bother in the flavor profile.
-Effervescence is appropriately intense.
750ml bottle. Cloudy orange with a thick shaving cream-like off-white head and effervescent bubbles. Flavors are peach, apricot, orange, oak and honeyed cereals with barnyardy and vinous notes. Medium body, good carbonation, oily texture.

Lubiere (14133) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 17, 2015
A hazed golden ale with a thick frothy white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light orange peel, Brett, light lactic notes, creamy and smooth. In mouth, a beautiful complex sweet fruity malt with light Brett, cork, curacao, oily mouth feel, alcohol warmth, very nice and complex yet quaffable. Bottle at La Cuvée d’été, 2015. czar (9334) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 23, 2015
pours hazy bright gold with a frothy and creamy white head, good retention and lacing. tender spicy and juicy peaches, bretted spicy honey, very floral, tropical notes aswell, doughy honeyed maltiness, vanilla and coconut - tasty and gently tannic wood, white wine, trappist yeast fruitiness aswell, light acidity - complex flora with an acetic whisper. average carbonation, medium body - oily; lightly tannic and sweet honeyed-spicy-woodsy finish. miles away from b. lambicus declension. much enjoyed!
