Honey and floral scent with a light yellow color. Its refreshing taste explodes in the mouth with honey and a descrete taste of spices. Really nice in a hot day. Cheers! MartinT (10036) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 6, 2010

Citrusy petals, almost biscuity pils malt and sunflower oil-like aromatics dwell in a creamy mouthfeel, creating yet another unique brew from the mind of Élise Cornellier-Bernier.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam tops the hazy pale golden.
-I found this to be as enjoyable and different as Terre Ferme. Both are idiosyncratic quenchers.
-It is not clear whether the mild bitterness comes from the herbs/flowers used or early-boil hops.
-Some of the herbs recall citrusy thyme.

Light floral aromas, spices, ginger and allspice. Nice appearance, large, long lasting, white head with good lacing. Sparkling, light yellow body. Light bitter sweet flavours that leave you wanting more. Easy to drink. Putting this one on my summer list. Gluepot (720) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 8, 2015
A massive taste accomplishment at 5.5% abv. The nose pops with coriander, cloves, and sweet malt. The colour is lager-like with a fluffy white head. The taste profile delivers on the spices in the nose in a big way. Coriander, cloves, peppermint and hint of pepper are prominent over sweet bready malt and some juicy citrus and floral hops. A whole whack of taste on a solid body with appropriate carbonation.
