Clear straw coloured ale wearing a gentle slice of white. Regular bubbles constantly climb up the glass.Herbal and almost perfumey nose that feels both green and floral, pretty idiosyncratic. Underneath, the yeast is very clean, making up for a lively, refreshing, almost crisp palate with engaging carbonation that fits the relatively small body well. Gets a bit soapy, especially after a few minutes when the carbonation starts to settle down a bit. A fair earthy bitterness quickly comes to swipe it all with a mineral, borderline saliness that resembles house character. Original and refreshing. Bottle. Crystal clear pale golden with a thin white head with below average retention. Aroma is very herbal and floral with some pale malt, honey and a hint of alcohol. Flavor is also herbal and floral with sweet malt and a dry finish. Pretty mineral. Fizzy carbonation with a thin to medium body. Not overly complex but a nice very drinkable beer with fresh herbs aroma.
Golden body and small stable head. Pepper, aniseed, medicinal, crisp pilsner malt body. Light body, without much interest, quite clean for a Belgian ale, bit too sweet. Not great, but drinks okay. Expensive here, but that?s just the grey import. (341ml bottle from Paris St Bière) cfrancis (3407) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 19, 2011
Pours a weak clear yellow with no head and no lacing. Aroma is faint herbs and floral grains. Taste is crisp, clean, floral and herbal. But lacking that dry bitterness. A little too delicate for me.

Piss (sorry but that’s the closest I can think of) colored brew topped by a fluffy white head, like soap bubbles really. Aroma is peppery, grassy, not bad at all. Taste has a lightly sour component and is bone dry. Flavors are herbal with pepper and/or other spices peeking through. Mouthfeel is light, with a good fizz. Overall a refreshing brew albeit not a complex one. YanIpa (144) - Quebec, CANADA - FEB 17, 2014
Une saison florale et végétale. Une blonde avec une notes d’herbes. Plutôt douce avec une petite amertume. Prix bc trop élevé. Stoned99 (1531) - St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 15, 2015
341ml Bottle, thanks dad. Aroma: loads of flowers and herbs, spices and honey. App: clear pale, minimal white head. Taste and palate: thin body, light texture, spices in mouth, light astringent finish. Overall: meh. This is not for me. Body too thin, too much floral and herbal. Feels like drinking water in a flower and herb rendall. beerbuzzmontreal (3487) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 22, 2011
Clear pale yellow color with a medium white head, Aroma of lemon, herbs and flowers. Flavor of lemon, herbs and flowers. The body is light with an oily texture and moderate carbonation. Spab (3783) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 9, 2011
341 ml bottle from La Barik. Pours a nearly clear, bright pale yellow with small white cap. Aroma is perfumey flowers and spices. Flavour is also floral with some light citrus and spicing that to my mind recalls rosemary and a touc of pepper. Light crisp finish. Interesting and refreshing.
