A.Le Coq Porter is a strong dark beer that can rightfully be considered to be the successor of the world-famous "Imperial Extra Double Stout." Its mature character and perfect taste are derived from sparkling spring water and extra dark caramel-malt.

Kjedelig.

Maits (479) - ESTONIA - JUN 27, 2017
Dark brown beer with medium beige head. Aroma is roasted malts and coffee. Taste is bitter roasted malts, sour metallic, sweet caramel. Quite balanced but little bit thin feel, mild body.

MarcoBasile (420) - DENMARK - JUN 7, 2017
Pours deep brown, almost black in the glass. It has a small beige head. Aroma is kinda weak. Some toasted malts and coffee notes. Taste is roasty and mildly bitter.

bobroman (1169) - Torun, POLAND - MAY 11, 2017
Tasted on 29.10.16. Delicate chocolate, malty and roasted aroma with unpleasant metalic notes. Medium off-white head disappearing to thin layer. Clear dark brown colour. Quite bitter taste of rosted malts with delicate malty sweetness and metal in taste. Too much watery for baltic porter.

Villyzzz (389) - Espoo, FINLAND - NOV 3, 2016
Bottle at home. Pours dark brown with medium off-white head. Aroma is sweet dark fruits and malts. Taste has malts and hay with some sweetness. Not that great...

mice (962) - FINLAND - AUG 7, 2016

neverleaveopen (254) - GERMANY - MAR 27, 2016
Clear dark brown with a fine head. Aroma of chocolate, vanilla and herbs. Well-balanced taste.

alex_leit (4075) - Minsk, BELARUS - JAN 18, 2016
Bottle 500 ml. Aroma and taste: a little sweet, a little wine, malty, caramel, like a baltic porter-light.

hohops (998) - Kent, ENGLAND - DEC 21, 2015
Appearance is dark brown, ruby tinges, a one finger beige foamy head which fades away. Aroma- milk chocolate, cocoa powder, dark malts, biscuit, hints of plum, some banana as well. Taste- dark fruit, fruitcake, crisp hop undertones, banana bread, chocolate malt. Hints of liquorice and dry roast as well. Short finish, and easy drinking.
