COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Sffig, bekmmlich mit zartfeinem Hopfenaroma, das ist Kellerfrisch. Mit seiner leichten Naturtrbe ist es die helle Alternative zu den Zeiten der Einheitslagerbiere. Wie alle Bierspezialitten von Aare Bier, ist auch das Kellerfrisch nicht pasteurisiert, nicht stabilisiert, unbehandelt und unfiltriert. Dadurch kann Hefe am Boden oder in Schwebe enthalten sein. Gebraut mit Trinkwasser aus der Schanzenquelle nach alter Brautradition und dem Reinheitsgebot von 1516. Aare Bier Kellerfrisch, frisch aus dem Seeland.

(bottle) slightly hazy golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of buttery funk, grainy pale malts and white grapes, slightly starchy, with a light hint of mettwurst. flavour is mostly buttery pale malts and herbal hops, slightly lemony and sweet, with a touch of chalk and a very light bitter finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation.

Sffig getreidig-wrziger Antrunk mit unterschwelliger Bitterkeit, die ihren Status lange Zeit behlt. Der zu milde Hopfen ist whrendessen fhrend, was zeigt, wie mild das Bier im Gesamten ist. Das Bier bleibt oberflchlich, entsprechend schnell ist der Nachgeschmack und das Bier aus meinem Gedchnis verschwunden. 10/8/9/7/7/7

Bottle Lozrner Hell 33 cl from Gourmiland - Dagmersellen (CH). Blonde with fine mossy and white cover. The aromas are not invasive, floral, linden tea. The taste is supple, rather thin, light, diluted. Hints of corn, not too dry.
