bottle from Voldby Kbmandsgaard clear caramelly light brown, smooth offwhite head. faint note of flowery and bitter hops. American, but also "european" notes. The hop profile is very mild compared to american brews, intensty resembles english brewing styles. flavor is flowery, faint "sour socks", dryness, flowery. Dry mild and flowery beer, with a little bitterness. some malty notes too, especially in the aftertaste. Also very faint caramel.. Reminds me more of usual Danish macro beers, than it remind me of more daring craft brews. Dont buy this if You are looking for an american style hopped ale. Youll be disappointed. However, if You are after something a little better than the usual macro supermarket beer, this one is slightly more interesting. As usual with Aarhus, quality is fine, but the beer is just plain boring.
