Klosterbryg er brygget på pilsnermalt, hvedemalt og karamelmalt. Det er krydret med tre forskellige typer af aromahumle, som matcher maltene. Dette er en øl med 6% alkohol, som er i stil med India Pale Ale.

oh6gdx (26487) - Vasa, FINLAND - MAY 2, 2010
Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is quite much bready malts, some grains, mild floral hops and some earthy notes. Flavour is quite bready malts as well as some grassy, floral hops and some mild herbal notes. OK, so I had expected to get something else than a Pale Lagerish beer claiming to be an IPA because of the name... I am still confused what exactly this beer is for real...

BelgiskOlklub (1083) - Viby J, DENMARK - FEB 26, 2010
Golden, clear body, white foam. Fruity aroma, hay, bread, grass, floral. The taste has medium sweetness and medium bitterness. Medium body, oily feel, average carbonation, bitter, long finish.

JorisPPattyn (10062) - BELGIUM - SEP 17, 2008
UPDATED: SEP 30, 2008 Draught No head, fine haze in orange-golden beer. Bread, dry yeast, herbal aromas. Spicy, again too much and a sweet (!) finish - seems a problem with oxydized malts. Medium bodied, spicy retronasal into the aftertaste. A German Weizenbrewer having used lager yeast to make Eenglish ale? Or what was the idea?

skortila (5970) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - JUN 28, 2008
Bottled. Aroma is grainy, bit grassy. Clear, golden-copper coloured with a short head. Taste is very sweet, grainy and malty. Not really great.

caesar (7170) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - JUN 26, 2008
Bottled, bought in Aarhus. Clear golden color, short head. Aroma of some grain and hop. Bit malty taste, quite sweet. Boring.
