This brewery has produced a lot of crap beers, but this is an exception. They hit the nail on the head with this one.Nice creamy brown head, nice heavy body.Loads of flavour in every mouthful.Enjoyable.
It is a very dark, black ale, but still have a little reddish tinge. The foam is very sparingly, however, there is little foam residues on top. It has an almost classical (expected) aroma of dark malt tones, licorice and a little mocha. The flavor is caramel, English liquorice (limited) and a piquant touch of coffee. It is not as stronh as expected and the high alcohol sensed no taste. The label says that it in years will be gentler. I can not relate to it, because I think I like best about the young, after all, a little crisp and biting taste. Camons (12315) - Hasselager, DENMARK - MAR 8, 2015
