Perhaps the best Norwegian beer. Drink this beer temperate!................. Shadallion (534) - Sacramento, California, USA - FEB 17, 2001
This the king of bocks. Smooth, creamy and delicous. Not as challenging as dopples, so a new beer drinker should start here. A bottle-conditioned twang takes it to a new level. Awesome beer. twierz99 (15) - Minnesota, USA - JAN 21, 2002
Beautiful all the way around. One of my favorite beers..................... SJP (483) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 18, 2002
While I didn't like their pilsner because of the vanilla flavor in it, the toffee flavor in this bock makes it simply excellent. A truly great bock. JPDIPSO (6298) - Wauwatosa, USA - APR 12, 2002
Dark brown, with a somewhat foamy head. A sweet and malty nose almost toffeelike. Smooth and creamy feel with classic bock qualities. A classic in the style.

An extremely delicious Bock. Beautiful color, generous head a nice finish. The alcohol is hardly noticable.
