Can. It starts out with clear golden-colored body that tells me one thing: this will be a pretty weak weizen representation. The off-white head is large and rather well retained, although not as good as what I would have expected. The lacing is decent, clinging to the side of the glass for a few minutes or so. All-in-all, the body looks to fair. The nose is fairly aromatic: largely sweet, but far less fruity than the typical fruity heaven found in most weizen. The mouth feel is rather watery and oily. The taste is decent: a bit malty (just as all the other Aass Gourmet types, regardless of the style), and far too bitter for a weizen. All-in-all, its a decent beer, but far off the mark in terms of style.

What? A crystal clear golden body? Ah, its supposed to be a kristallweizen, ok then. The huge, white head leaves plenty of lacing but is quite short lived. The aroma is very faint fruity and a bit lager-like. The taste is light sweet, light bitter and quite sour. Unpleasant sour flavours. Watery texture, soft carbonation. A huge disappointment after tasting the Aass Gourmet Stout.

Can. Clear golden color, nothing that reminds me of a weisse. Aroma of sweet malt and metal, light grainy taste. Thin watery feel with a pretty average finish. This one is not for me.

UPDATED: JUL 25, 2011 Can at home
Golden clear, big white creamy head. Smells lightly of flowers, straws and peaches. Taste is thin and peachy, not much malts here. And the banana is not here :/ No acids eighter. Thin palate with almost no bitter finish.
edit : forgot to put in scores - 0,5 was not a rate

0.5l can. Pours a clear golden body with a big lasting bubbly sidesticking white head. Aroma is not what I consider a weiz. Quite low and mild with notes of grains, metallic hops and traces of white sugar. Body is oily, watery and light bodied and almost no carbonation. Tastes are blend and mild with a sour and watery finish. This was a huge disappointment from Aass.

Golden with a small white head. Weak grainy aroma with a faint spicy note. Dry with some spice and grain flavour and an unpleasant vegetable note

Pours a clear and amber beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is malt, DMS and perfume. The flavor is following the nose. The palate is sweetness. Overall a boring beer with some strange notes.

Can 500ml at home. Pours a clear, golden yellow with white frothy head, good lacing. Aroma of bread, hay, grass. Taste is medium sweet, medium bitter, strange fruity sensation. Light to medium body, thin, soft carbonation.
