500 ml can. Light, sweet and mild great-tasting wheat beer. Mismatch to a fatty steak dinner (my mistake). Big, white, long-lasting foam.

Medium white fine-laced head with some larger bubbles. Clear, light copper body, so clearly a kristall-weizen. Sweetish, rubbery, metallic aroma with notes of wheat and flowers. Taste is again sweetish, earthy wheat with rubbery, hoppy notes. Thin and sharp mouthfeel for a weizen. Earthy, wheaty aftertaste, eventually turning papery. This is not a very weizen-like beer, but quite nice. Nothing major, though. (0.33l bottle.)

UPDATED: NOV 13, 2010 Can from Ica Maxi. Tasted at 1337 Beer #1 Deilig øl, kunne trengt litt mer fylde. Godt med sitrus.

Can. Nice head with good duration. Color is clear golden. Aroma and taste are wheat malt, fruits, hops and yeast. Thin and sweet.

metalspice (1023) - Jevnaker, NORWAY - JUL 21, 2015
Klart gyllent med fine bobler og kremete fint skum. Dufte av lett hvete og en flyktig fruktighet. Smaken har noe frukt og en lett maltfylde. Friskt, men anonymt.

Lys farge med lavt skum. Aroma av hvete og sitrus. Smaken samme. Frisk og leskende.

Bottle. Clear golden colour with a big white head. Malty and bready aroma. Sweet malty flavours, some bread, strangely buttery finish. Slightly grainy texture. I do not find much (weissbier) character in this beer. Disappointment from Aass.

tarjei (1954) - Bryne, NORWAY - MAY 18, 2007
33 cl bottle. Golden color, lovely white head. Citrus and wheat aroma. The same in aroma, with moderate bitterness. Ok beer for a hot summer day.

Bottle: clear yellow colour, nice head! Aroma of malts, grainy, flowery, and som grainyness. Flavor is almost the same, Thin mouth feeling, short to medium finish. Nice try Aass!, but make it in a hight alc level, and it will be better.
