Can, enjoyed two months before bbd. Pours clear yellow, with a small creamy head. Aroma is zesty hops, with light malty notes of biscuits. Light to medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is light malts with cereals, as well as hops with herbal and citrusy notes. A fair, drinkable macro pilsner. Nothing more, nothing less.

Nonshaugen (560) - Fetsund, NORWAY - OCT 6, 2015
50 cl can. Pale yellow, thick creamy head, lively carbonation, nice lacing to the glass. Not much aroma through the foam, but a hint of white bread and malt is hiding behind it. Taste is floral, grassy hop notes and malts. Easy, smooth and VERY drinkable. Brewed to the demands given in the Reinheitsgebot dating back to 1516, means no other ingredients than malt, hops and water. Good "all-rounder" in combination with almost any kind of food, or enjoy its own qualities in your "Kings throne" at home...

Lyst og klart med fint skum. Lukter salte karameller og belgisk gjr. Smaken er lett fruktig med en drlig balansert bitterhet. For lite karbonisert.

50cl can from Meny Bjlsen. Pours pale golden with a small, white head. Mild grainy aroma with fruity notes, hints of cooked vegetables, grass and herbal hops. Moderate sweet, mild in flavour, but nothing unpleasant and a fairly nice bitterness. Quite drinkable, but fairly standard Norwegian industrial pilsner.
