Crystal clear copper lager. Small, white, fizzy head that is almost fully lasting and leaves honeycomb lacework.
The nose is beefy with notes of nickel or copper.
Malty, lightly smokey and well-balanced. Hearty for a low gravity beer.
Medium-bodied with an oily mouthfeel and mild carbonation. Lengthy, dry, grassy finish. CapFlu (5127) - Victoria, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 2, 2003

Dark amber brown with a medium tan head. Smells of pine needles and malts. Taste is abrasive, like a floor wax with a pine needle scent. Very sharp, with flavors of raisens, mint, pine, and soap. Can't say I enjoyed this one at all. sloth (2906) - Ceciltucky, Co., Maryland, USA - FEB 4, 2003
