Without the extra fullness and balance more alcohol strong beers provides, it was to unbalanced for me. It still has a good Christmas feel, with some roasted malt, caramel, spice and a nice touch of Christmas baking. This is also one of the more full-bodied beers from Norwegian grocery stores, even if it does not give enough balance. Oysteib (112) - NORWAY - DEC 28, 2011
From bottle. Brown, clear. Surprisingly refreshing for a christmas beer. Well balanced sweetness and bitterness with nice fruity aromas. esp0r (2921) - NORWAY - NOV 30, 2011

Red/brown clear, beige head. Smells of caramel with hints of caramel, also some malts. Quite malty taste, some sweetness and caramel. Miss some body, guess the low alcohol has to do with it. Thin mouthfeel, some bitter finish. A descent lower end abv christmas beer
Can. Amber with a small head that disappears. Sweet fruit, metal and rather thin. A bit strange, but drinkable. tfredvik (1941) - Oslo, NORWAY - NOV 22, 2011
Another christmas beer with the standard medium brown body and short-lived off-white head. Virtually no lacing. Very very sweet malty aroma with fruity notes. Brown sugar. Moderate sweet taste and a light bitterness in the finish. Malty flavours with dark fruits. Quite ok, but far too watery.

Can. Pours clear amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of bread and a little caramel. light sweetness and lightly bitter. berlinoise2go (689) - NORWAY - NOV 28, 2010
Bottle from Ica, Vikersund. Clear, reddish brown colour. Finger-thick offwhite head that reduces quickly. Slightly sweet malty aroma quite well balanced with soft hop bitterness. Finishes too sour. Very average brew that failed to induce xmas emotions.
