Bottle. Faintly dusty aroma. Clear, dark brown colour, no head. OK maltiness in flavour, a little coffee and a hint of cardboard. Thin mouthfeel. The flavour is OK, but the mouthfeel is disappointing. gunnfryd (15290) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - FEB 7, 2007

Bottle. 4.7 abv. Creamy off-white excellent mostly lasting head. Brown colour. Almost no aroma. Very soapy ugly flavor. Alas average finish. Watery palate. Really a bad beer.

Very light aroma, sweetness and not much else discernible. Sweet flavor, hints of oak and malt, but pretty light for a winter. Not bad, but nothing special. Christian (13823) - Odense, DENMARK - NOV 23, 2013
Ulfborg weekend celebration of nothing in particular. Dark amber with a small white head. Malty aroma with a weak grassy hop note. Dryish malty flavour with some bread and toffee, and a hint of cardboard. Rune (13508) - Tromsø, NORWAY - MAR 21, 2007
The motto "xmas lasts till Easter" came to my mind when I picked up the 330ml bottle at Fenaknoken in Oslo (BB:14.07.07). Mahogany coloured body, off-white head and hints of laceworks. Aroma has got some roasted notes. Vague, dark malty flavour added a light touch of caramel sweetness. Rather thin mouthfeel. Didn’t make me think of Yuletide (17.03.2007). Crystal clear copper lager. Small, white, fizzy head that is almost fully lasting and leaves honeycomb lacework.
The nose is beefy with notes of nickel or copper.
Malty, lightly smokey and well-balanced. Hearty for a low gravity beer.
Medium-bodied with an oily mouthfeel and mild carbonation. Lengthy, dry, grassy finish.
