12.12.2008, 0,33l Bottle. Dark brown colour with light brown head. There is a fizzeling carbonation-sound. The aroma is malty with a little sharp taste of carbonation. Not as sweet as i expected. There is also some bitterness. I also think it tastes more like burned than roasted. aleksander9 (1736) - Oslo, NORWAY - DEC 8, 2014
Clear ruby red with white well lasting head. Aroma is caramel, cherry candy, red berries and some floral notes. sweet, metallic and surprisingly floral ending. Overall: Not too bad. msutequilaman (84) - Troy, Michigan, USA - APR 30, 2002
I think the commercial description is pretty accurate. Deep copper color. Definate sweetness. Smooth finish. Not a huge fan though. Something just didn’t work for me. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - DEC 3, 2002
Very light aroma, sweetness and not much else discernible. Sweet flavor, hints of oak and malt, but pretty light for a winter. Not bad, but nothing special. Gr0ve (2177) - Oslo, NORWAY - JAN 7, 2006
330 ml bottle. Clear dark brown. Well carbonated. Throws an average head. Pleasant aroma, but could have had much more hops and more malt sweetness. Lacking in body, which makes the beer taste watery. Some mellow notes of roasted malts. Disappointing.
