Massige, recht feinporige, dunkle Schaumkrone. Gut!

Pours a cloudy orange brown with a finger or so of very slowly dissipating slightly beige head. That good old quad aroma of spice, brown sugar, and dark fruit lingers. Has a strong bite at the beginning, I’m getting brown sugar, burnt toast, chocolate, raisin bread, some alcohol and just a hint of bitterness throughout. Complex, very good.

Bottle in Bogota, Colombia. Thick gray-white head, dark malty-muddy brown body. Almost bitter quad nose, some alcohol. Full body, more roast and bitter than I had expected. Peppery too. A touch sweet with the alcohol coming through at finish. Drinks well, complex spicy dark brune malt. Nice.
