Bottle vintage 2006. [Courtesy of thewolf, thanks buddy!] Huge beige creamy head that mostly lasted. Excellent lacework. Clear amber color. Aroma of fruit, bread, toffee, spice and what appears to be a light oxidation. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderated sweet flavor. Sweet fruity finish. thewolf (12756) - Kolding, DENMARK - NOV 14, 2007

Bottle, bought @ Kolding Vinhandel. Pours a deep red with a big, creamy off white head that leaves lots of lacing. Aroma is rye bread and a very well-balanced spiciness that is impossible to pin down. Full and creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is lightly oxidized, but caramel, spices, toffee and light hops still peep through. Will need to try this fresh.
Mahogany, nice head. The aroma has notes of yeast and fruit. The flavour is initially very sweet and malty but then comes notes of plum, cocktail cherries, nuts and candy sugar along. Not a favourite... SHIG (4964) - Wasilla, Alaska, USA - DEC 18, 2006
Bottle: Pored a dark reddish brown in color with a light brown head. Smell was a spicy floral malt aroma. Sweet overall with a dry bitter finish. omhper (25568) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - NOV 27, 2006
UPDATED: JAN 8, 2007 Bottled. Hazy mahogany colour, no head. Aroma of roasty malt and strawberry jam. Sweet with solid body and clean mouthfeel. Strawberry jam appears to be the one and only flavour. A straight forward very drinkable beer, where did the 9% go?

Clear, deep brown body. Mostly diminishing head. Good lace. Nose of soured milk. Lightly sweet, lightly bitter initial flavour. Very weak finish.
Bottle @ Kerstbierfestival, Essen. Dark brown coloured beer with a large offwhite head. Nose of tobacco, butter, slightly sour. Taste is slightly nutty, but ends in a bad sour way. This bottle was probably infected. Skinnyviking (9674) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - DEC 9, 2005
Bottle. Light brown creamy head. Dark brown body. Fruit aroma. Sweet caramel, quite a good deel of carbon dioxide.
