Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - JUL 16, 2008
Courtesy of Fonefan. Dark golden with a nice, creamy head. The aroma is sweet and fruity. The flavour has a smooth sweetness, notes of fruit, citrus, malt, candy sugar and it ends on a slightly citrus-bitter note. It’s very charming.

larsniclas (7297) - Billdal, SWEDEN - MAR 8, 2008
Bottled at Kulminator, Antwerp. Hazy, deep golden. Huge, rocky, white head. Warm and sweet spiciness with sourish green apples. Oak and cedar.

4.2
ekstedt (7013) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - MAR 4, 2008
Bottle (33 cl) at Kulminator, Antwerp, Belgium. This never-heard-of triple poured hazy amber with a large off-white head into my glass. A complex earthy malt aroma with notes of yellow apples, butterscotch, wood, and some barnyard emerged from the glass. The mouthfeel was very soft, with a light prickling carbonation. Very well balanced with a dry but somewhat too short finish. A highly pleasant surprise.

3.6
Doppelganger (1389) - Dry County, Arkansas, USA - OCT 21, 2007
Bottle from the Oxford CAMRA beer festival. Light copper, big soft white cap with a bit of elegant lace. Bright high-frequency esters: pears, bubble gum, green bananas. A peppery nip with a taste, followed by warming banana and cognac. Dry, clean finish. A solid and pleasing tripel.

3.4
SHIG (4965) - Wasilla, Alaska, USA - SEP 16, 2007
Bottle: Poured a hazy copper yellow with a full thick off white cream head. The aroma was sweet with hints of fruit and caramel/spice. Sweet fruit with a candy like malt presence, finished a bit hoppy and rusty flavored.

3.4
beerbuzzmontreal (3486) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 3, 2007
The pour reveals a cloudy dark gold color with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet (caramel) and fruity. The flavor has a pleasant blend of hops, chewy malt, caramel and candied fruits. The body is light to medium and the carbonation is lively.
