Lightly scented aroma followed by a subtly bitter taste. It leaves a subtle raisin fruitiness on the palate ending with a pleasant bitter tonic when swallowing.

0.33 l bottle from BSH, Bp. Hazy orange golden brew with a medium sized, fizzy white head on its top. Dry, citrus-fruity nose. Tasteing starts sharp followed by a refreshing lemony aroma escorted by honey, herbs and coriander, mouthfeels slick. It ends dry, citric and spicy underpainted gently by some alcohol, which leaves a lemon peel-liked aftertaste behind. Nice belgian refresher.

Ale belga modesta, di statura industriale ma comunque buona; credo sia entrata nel giro biretheque, ce la siamo divisa di fronte ad una classica pizza napoletana a Gorizia in Via Bernini.

33cl bottle. A bit hazy yellow/orange. Big head but the head dont stay there for long. Nose : strong yeast, floral honey notes. Fruity pear ascending into really delicate cherry. Sip : Dry body with sand (spices) like feeling. Sparkling in throat. Starts little sour and dry. A bit sweet fruity ending. Spicy : clove, pepper and coriander powder notes. Not disappointing but not convincing unless you like spicy blond beers.

Pours amber with a large, lasting head. Nose shows honey, lemon, floral hops, doughy yeast and soft phenols. The honey is incredibly strong. Same story with the flavours: loads of honey, with doughy yeast and soft spicy hops underneath. The finish seems a bit metallic. Too sweet. Carbonation is much too high.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, at Maltainen Riekko, 20110923) The beer poured pale golden and quite clear. Its head was white and quite large. Aroma had fruitiness, citricness and hops. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, hops, malts, yeast, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. Clean and unfortunately too weak flavoured Belgian ale.
