Very sweet, honey aroma, citrus. Cloudy yellow coloured, beautifull lasting head. Sweet honey taste, some fruits. Very smooth beer. Not very complex, but its somoothness is superb. Lumpy (1802) - Carrollton, Texas, USA - OCT 9, 2007
Bottle. Nose-light Saison, light lotion, flowery, spice, cardamom and coriander. Body-hazy medium yellow with a medium film of bubbles. Taste-perfumey, light lotion, light flowery spices, very Triple like, muted, pepper, very good and easy drinking. Swaroga (2213) - Warszawa, POLAND - MAR 24, 2012
33cl bottle. Light amber/orange with a medium white head. Nose : Orange and lemon lemonade like. Little hay and lightly caramelized malts. Sip : Creamy and oily, easy to drink. It has a little sweet beginning but it’s really brief. It develops a refreshing bitter taste and lasts. hay malts are well maried with hops. I’m really enjoying it. Extra points for a refreshing taste that goes well with this warm spring weather. I guess the taste changes, I drink different beer the winter and different at the summertime. 33cl bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with steady bubbles and ample yeast! The head holds nicely throughout the drink. The nose has crystallised orange and lemon peel with sweet but delicate spice, almost like a sweet white pepper sensation. It’s CARDOMON! The taste has more tangy orange notes with cake mixture and spice to follow. The palate has a medium to full body, with an excellent thick, creamy but in a lot of ways, elegant texture, then the finish, drops off not to fast, to give excellent length. Overall, I think this is excellent, with so much going on for what is probably in Belgian terms a very lightly alcoholed beer. omhper (24968) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - SEP 21, 2002

Pale yellow. Coriander and curacao aroma. Light bodied, sweet and very drinkable. Very interesting experiment to brew a non-wheat beer with witbier spices.
Refreshing and tasty at the same time. Interesting and complex spicy aroma and flavour with a pleasant touch of acidity. eczematic (1325) - Adelaide, AUSTRALIA - APR 26, 2004
this was a lovely beer, like a blonde and a wit combined. malt, peaches, baked apple, spice aromas. taste blooms with peaches and malt before a quenchingly tart finish. silky mouthfeel. i could drink a lot of this stuff. fata2683 (2176) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - DEC 5, 2008
Bottle, pours light orange to yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is wonderful, light candied sugar, malt, and citric hop notes. Flavor is dangerously top notch. This is on another plane than Westy blond, which I also love. The flavors are on the other end of the spectrum, very fresh hop bitterness, light malt sweetness and the bitter orange/coriander flavors prevalent in a Wit. Never-the-less, tastes extremely fresh, and is a beer I would love to have on more than one occasion. olio (10167) - Tampere, FINLAND - APR 15, 2012

Pours hazy amber color with medium head. Lots of sediment in the bottle. Aroma of caramel, toffee, ripe fruits and spices. Flavor of yeast, spices, ripe fruits, caramel malts and toffee.
Looks like a normal blond beer, but tastes very good. Has a smooth taste of yeast and notes of different fruits and some coriander. Pretty good.
