Sweetish flavour of caramel malt and yeast, with fruity and hoppy notes. Hints of cinnamon. Estery and malty aftertaste with acidic hints. Decent. Very decent, indeed.

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Unico voto "negativo" all’aspetto, aveva tanti lieviti in sospensione e sembravano residui di luppolo in sospensione.. Ma in bocca nulla, birra davvero entusiasmante!

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
33cl bottle at home. Gusher. Dark, murky ruby-brown pour with a tan head. Notes of caramel, toffee, caramelised fruit, dried fruit, light sweet spiced and a bit of metallic bitterness. Medium to full body, tons of sugar in the post-taste, but other than that this beer is exactly what you’d expect to find in a Belgian winter ale.
