Cloudy blond color. Aroma of cinnamon, honey, lemon (this may be the ginger), straws. Syrupy mouthfeel; very sugary, and sweet, but at the same time with a fair degree of acidity to balance; reasonably good Mead flavor, with evident spices (cinnamon on top, a light bite from the ginger, and an elegant finish by the cardamom). Pleasant alcohol warmth. Very good.
Bottled. Yellow coloured. Clear. No head. Aroma of sweetness and honey. fruits and alcohol, cookies. Flavour of cookies, honey, spice, fruits. Medium to full bodied. Sweetish and spiced end. Theis (15151) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JAN 30, 2011

75 cL bottle, courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours clear golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is spiced, cinnamon and cardemomme. Spiced and yet sweet honey herbal. Sweet spiced and herbal finish. angrybeerman (259) - Dublin, IRELAND - FEB 11, 2010
Had this delicious mead from a friend of mine who bought it in France. Was something back and I can’t remember it too well. I know that it was very sweet with strong tastes of honey and sugar with a strong alcoholic kick in the finish. Very nice but probably not something you would drink too much of.
