draught @ Coeur de Lion, Bath (08/2010). Golden, slightly cirtusy with a rather dry and tart character. imdownthepub (15132) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - SEP 13, 2010
Cask conditioned at Minehead Beer Fest ’10. reddish copper with white head. I found this to be really fruity, blackberry and kiwi fruit with a general malty sweetness. Quite drinkable though. Oakes (18543) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 1, 2010
Bright amber-brown. Rich caramel and breadcrust aroma. Chewy breadcrust character with soft dark sugars and maybe some light fruit. Nicely balanced autumnal character to this one. Beershine (5224) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 1, 2010
Cask @ Farmhouse, Bath. Hazy red. Nice cask head. Healthy malt aroma is clean and unadulterated, and mildly fruity. Balanced flavors with good liquid bread character, toasted malt. Even if slightly thin it’s very nice. duff (5484) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUN 7, 2007

Drinker 07. tastes a bit bock-ish too me which was a surprise. This had some bready malt notes. Hops were earthy and quite citric. Finish is crisp and bitter.
A Sim rate (Cask at London Drinker): Hops and chocolate in the aroma. Slight malt. Bitter finish. Nice amber colour. chriso (7586) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 29, 2007
Cask (gravity dispense) at London Drinker Beer Festival 2007. A darkish best bitter with the emphasis on dry, robust malt. Some traditional earthy UK hop character on the palate. Fairly straightforward but pretty decent.
