Thanks Todd for sharing this bottled version. The beer pours to a hazy orange body with a creamy white head. The aroma is heavy with Saaz hops, corn silage, and it really piques my interest. The flavor is Saaz hops and silage with some strawberries. Very unique and quite nice. The palate is sweet and moderately full bodied and leaves a nice lingering spiciness. The bottle was listed as being from Abbey Beverage Co. from Pecos, NM.

It pours a clear and very bubbly orange amber with a 3 finger head of foam that I was afraid would overflow but...it didn't. ;^)
It smells of fruit and yeast with a touch of caramel malt.
The taste is also fruity; I think I pick up notes of tangerine, some yeasty flavour, and honey with earthy notes. Fairly light bodied and medium to lightly carbonated, the finish falls fairly flat and becomes somewhat watery but before I get to that point, it's a pretty good sipper and quite drinkable but it is not quite what I'm used to when I think of Belgian Pale Ale.

12floz bottle, unknown freshness, $1.50 unit price, poured into a tulip glass. dirty, blonde-amber colored body amasses a small off-white head. Smells good, like an ’old world’ English ale, similar to butter. Drinks like one as well. Dried grass and dryish honey flavor make way for pubby beer in the English pale vein. Slightly hazy reddish brown with a generous two-finger head and moderate lace. Aromas of lemons and apples, just a bit tart, with sugar cookies and yeast. Monks’ Ale poured from bottle to glass. Aroma is of roasty, grass, earthy, and woody. Appearance is golden, with minimal head.Taste is medium bitterness, and salty.
