Cask. Yellowish golden colour with a small head. Aroma is very citrusy with some bready and earthy notes as well. Flavour is citrusy, mildly dishwatery notes as well as some bready and mild herbal notes. Easy to drink, but nothing very special.

Quite pale in colour for this type of beer. Light sweet malts are complemented by a clean floral hoppiness. This has flavours below its alcohol so be careful, because this is quite drinkable.

Cask @ Shoulder of Mutton, Hebden Bridge. Slightly hazed yellow coloured ale with a small creamy head. Its full of tropical fruit character, more so in taste than aroma with a mild bitterness.

UPDATED: JUN 22, 2009 1. Cask Stillage at the Metropolitan Cathedral Crypt, Liverpool 24/02/2001 Tasted this one a couple of times and got quite different results - whisky and ginger undertones firstly and the next time I sampled it was about a month later. 2. Cask Handpump at the Mill Hotel, Chester 21/03/2001 where I found it to have more of a fruity pear flavour and less spicy feel to it. 3. Cask Handpump at the Smithfield, Derby 15/08/2007 Very fruity aroma. Clear golden coloured hoppy and fruity with some alcohol present in a very dry slightly acidic finish.
