Cask @ Shoulder of Mutton, Hebden Bridge. Slightly hazed yellow coloured ale with a small creamy head. It’s full of tropical fruit character, more so in taste than aroma with a mild bitterness. leaparsons (10657) - Wigston, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - JAN 19, 2003
Quite pale in colour for this type of beer. Light sweet malts are complemented by a clean floral hoppiness. This has flavours below its alcohol so be careful, because this is quite drinkable.
