Not sure if this is a different beer or the info was wrong, but the version I tried was labelled as a 9.2% Baltic Porter.
Pours a very dark, almost opaque beer, brown towards burgundy red, more like a quad than a porter, with a nice head. The smell confirms that this is, again, more a quad than a porter. Notes of caramel, dark fruit, strawberry jam, molasses. The taste is very rich and fruity, with strawberry jam and caramel, along with roasted malts, spices and a bit of dark chocolate in the background. A very pleasant drink kraddel (9326) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - SEP 30, 2016
Thnx to kermis for sharing, and Dean for brewing ! First commercial beer by Dean, sampled on his last visit to Antwerp ( Yeah, we’ll see about that ) pours creamy, chocolaty Brown , good white head. Bottle from ABC Beers, The Hague. Very dark brown to black pour with a huge foamy just off-white head. Aroma is roasted malts, tobacco, some ash, a bit of chocolate and a hint of coffee. Flavor has bitter roasted malts, some slightly sweet pure chocolate and a bit of an ashy finish. Slightly watery texture and lively carbonation. Slightly watery and one dimensional, but still a nice clean brew. JaRo (8) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - AUG 26, 2010 does not count

Deep dark brown body with light tan head. Chocolate, cinnemon, dark rum and spices. Active and mouth filling carbonation with pleasantly low alcohol. Still has enough sweetness in the taste though. Well thought out recipe; a bit too spicy, if anything. Nice one. bierkoning (13810) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - JUN 26, 2013
