Hefiger, scharf herber Beginn. Deutlich erhöhte Karbonisierung, hell würzig, trockene, typisch belgische Hefenoten. Hell, süffig, langer Nachgeschmack. Unauffällig und dennoch gelungen. 10/11/10/11/7/11

Bottle from Deca and drunk at home. Clear gold colour lasting white head. Somewhere between Duvel and a tripel. Sweetish orange candy peel with a touch of herb. Some bitterness. Yes it’s fine. Drinkable enough. Hides ABV pretty well. some decent hoppiness.

mcberko (18928) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 14, 2014
330mL bottle at Delices et Caprices, pours a clear pale blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out dry crackery malts and lots of grains. Flavour brings out lots of yeast, sweet cereal malts, light dry hops, and champagne yeast. Very lively carbonation that brings out the complexity. Excellent tripel.
