Taps clear caramel with a nice light tan head. Aroma offers toasted malt, caramel and subtle toffee notes. Flavor features toffee, caramel, toasted malt and woody hop tones adding up to a delightful bock. Mouthfeel delivers average body but good fizz. Don’t bock this trend - but if you do get bombed, please contact Lyft or Uber. UncleKorm (1319) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - MAR 22, 2014
On tap at brewery, poured a clear brown hue w/ small fully diminishing tan head and no lacing. Moderate malty aroma. Initial flavor is light sweet w/ a light bitter finish. Medium bodied and watery mouthfeel. kevinator (2217) - The Colony, Texas, USA - JUL 25, 2012
This was listed as Bucking Bull Bock and it was very middle of the road. It had a slight malty aroma. The color was a root beer brown with a foamy head. The flavor was disjointed in that you could tell it was a bock but no other uniqueness about it. I think the water out here is not the best, which might have affected this some. It was also a little heavy. The beer was better than the food though. ilovedarkbeer (2741) - Arlington, Virginia, USA - AUG 9, 2010
Listed as a "wheat bock". Pours a nut brown tootsie roll color with a small canvas head. Notes of burnt coffee, cocoa, cookie, and brown sugar. Medium weight mouthfeel at best. Sub par at best.
