330 ml bottle. Pours a clear, golden with a resilient white head. Smell is sweet, earthy, cereals, spicy. Taste is cereals, malt, syrup, wheat, spices, cinnamon, ginger. Finish is slightly earthy, mostly spicy. Medium bodied, foamy mouthfeel. Good! djd07 (15089) - Houston, Texas, USA - JAN 11, 2013
Bottle. Pours a cloudy gold with medium creamy white head leaving sticky lacing along the glass. The aroma is honey malt and fruit. Thin mouthfeel with a sweet hop and honey flavor with nice lingering light dry finish. A good marzen from Abita. BeerandBlues2 (13594) - Escondido, California, USA - AUG 19, 2013
Tap at Redfish Grill, New Orleans. Pours clear amber with a medium, frothy off-white head, medium-short retention with spare lacing. Aroma is caramel and melanoidin malt, light spicy hops and clean. Flavor is malt dominant, light hops and bitterness with a sweet finish. Medium body and carbonation. AlchemistZ (493) - Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA - JUL 5, 2005
Very rich bronze color with a tight, whipped cream head. Aroma is bready, slightly fruity (ale-like). Flavor is toasty, bready malt with some fruit and caramel. Bitterness is focused and has a sweet/tart character. Palate is soft and creamy. swanmann (775) - Nompton, Oklahoma, USA - DEC 22, 2006
When I poured the bottle it looked like fall in a glass. Great amber color with a finger’s worth of creme colored suds, moderate retention. Aromas of light citrus and caramel, almost like a wheat beer. The palate is a bit hollow, but the flavor is good with a mellow bitter finish. Could be a bit fuller bodied, but I like it.

On tap. Not much head with a really good aroma. Very smooth to drink. Could use a little more flavor, but overall a good beer for fall. BrewingFan (251) - Texas, USA - NOV 22, 2009
Aroma of caramel and toffee, deep amber with a decent head. Moderately carbonated, yet deep malt backbone. I don’t see the strong hop character Abita claims, but it is good. I always lean a little right on Oktoberfests. Not a must have, but it ain’t bad. ronaldtheriot (1952) - Laplace, Louisiana, USA - NOV 26, 2010
Abita Fall Fest has a medium, off-white head and a clear orange or amber appearance. Carbonation is moderate, with minimal lacing. The aroma is faint, and really, non-existent, except for a water smell. Taste is pretty good, with some mild sweetness, and some slight barley can be picked up, with a tiny hop aftertaste. Mouth-feel, as with most Abita beers, is light and watery, and Abita Fall Fest finishes wet and fairly refreshing. Overall, although the beer is on the bland side, it is a pretty good offering.

Moldy nutty aroma, average beer look with little head. Taste is very beer like with slight nutty flavor. An average beer that I won’t buy again. Sweet light hops.
